Warranty & Return Policy

Warranty Claims

We honour the full manufacturer’s warranty on all vaporizers purchased from The Vape Stand. To lodge a warranty claim on a unit purchased at The Vape Stand, please email contact@thevapestand.com.au.

Warranty claims will not be accepted without proof of purchase.

All warranty returns are assessed thoroughly before resolution. If we are unable to replicate the alleged fault, your device will be returned to you. We cannot issue replacements, refunds or store credit for devices that appear to be functioning in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications.

All warranty claims are subject to proper use and care in accordance with the product manual. This includes a proper cleaning regimen to maintain the device. Warranty will not apply in the event of neglect or normal wear and tear. If there is evidence of tampering, willful damage or incorrect product use, your warranty will be voided and your claim refused.

 

Incorrect or Damaged Products

We recommend that you immediately inspect all goods that we deliver to you, to ensure that you are completely satisfied with their quality and that they match the description we have provided.

All orders are packed with care and we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives safely. If we made a mistake or your order arrived in damaged/unsuitable condition, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. Please provide photographic evidence where possible.

The Vape Stand will replace or refund damaged/incorrect items as soon as possible. If the item is of considerable value, the customer will be required to return the product to The Vape Stand before a replacement or refund is issued.

 

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns of new, unused products in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. If you have changed your mind or ordered the incorrect product, please email us contact@thevapestand.com.au. When returning a product, all customers have a choice between a refund or exchange.

All sales are final after 7 days of delivery. After this period, returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.

 

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns of used vaporizers or any other products. Due to health and safety risks we cannot re-sell used vaporizers and we are unable to offer refunds if you have changed your mind or if you've found that the product isn't right for you.

To avoid ending up with a device that isn’t right for you, it is important to conduct thorough research on the product before making a purchase.
